Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Take the extra mile to engage customers.

 

Requirement

Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / NCE qualification.

Salary
N20,000 - N55,000 monthly.
