Job Responsibilities

Assist Product Managers with stakeholder management

Drive onboarding process with clients

Track and monitor products performance and functionality after launch

Collecting, organizing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative product for decision making

Support the product team by equipping them with relevant usage data to make more informed decisions.

Requirements

Minimum of 3yrs in product operations or similar role

Experience implementing enterprise solutions e.g. SAP, Oracle, Electronic Medical Records a plus

Understanding of product management process and requirement gathering

Experience working with Product tools such as JIRA

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
