Responsibilities

Oversee two or more Snapchat (or other platforms including Facebook, Tiktok) series, including the curation and acquisition of user generated content, or creation of original content
Identify and monitor trends across the internet with an careful eye towards what is happening today and future forecasting
Establish, manage, and clearly communicate timelines as well as a transparent project management process that emphasizes quality and efficiency
Make creative and editorial decisions on series
Develop presentations for new pitches for pilots, as well as branding of individual shows
Track performance of episodes and series, combing for trends and developing new formats and content roadmaps
Work with multiple teams including data to plan future content schedules or insights
Be able to perform analytic requests to track performance or analyze behavior and insights or create tasks for the Data team
Source content and work with our sourcing team to get permission for content acquisition
Ensure the successful delivery of all assigned projects, on time and within budget

You should be ready to:

Demonstrate a profound understanding of different social channels content and algorithms
Minimum of 2-3 years of video production experience
Develop content across the Adobe suite including Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
Showcase a passion for why, leveraging analytical skills to impact future performance
Organize production using project management tools including Asana and our Digita
Edit video using your knowledge of color correction and audio mixing.
Ability shift priorities or tasks quickly as we are always looking to evolve and improve
Communicate clearly regardless of method, whether Slack, phone, Zoom, or email
Learn and dive deep into digital culture, agnostic on platform
