Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Be the global brand guardian for Peerspace by developing and maintaining consistent brand principles across all touchpoints globally, delivering creative assets and ensuring all messages ladder up to our brand strategy
Develop an annual strategic marketing calendar and lead strategy and project management for integrated campaigns, developing creative briefs, aligning all teams on objectives, positioning, and messaging, and driving the process from concept to production
Manage brand marketing programs & campaigns and evaluate program performance through reporting and analysis, documenting learnings and providing recommendations for improvement
Drive our content program and manage ongoing creation and curation of assets that highlight our guests, hosts, and spaces, ensuring content is updated on a regular cadence
Manage our social media presence and oversee our agency partners to deliver content that drives engagement and awareness
Contribute to the concepting and execution of strategic brand partnerships and live activations
Build a brand identity that is clear, distinctive, and compelling; collaborate with the Design team to bring brand strategy to life Partner with International teams to refine brand positioning and messaging, driving brand consistency and adoption globally while facilitating international expansion and localization of the brand where appropriate
Collaboratively support cross-functional teams to ensure ideas align with strategy and standardsBe an advocate for the brand both internally and externally, helping others to understand and get excited about the Peerspace mission


Qualifications:

5+ years of brand or marketing experience in-house at a high-growth company; brand/creative agency experience a plus
Experience building and evolving a top-tier global consumer brand in a marketing capacity, resulting in measurable business growth
Keen understanding of brand and passionate about brands with a strong sense of DNA
Highly strategic, creatively minded, and results-oriented marketer
Equally comfortable in setting high-level strategy and executing tactical plans
Experience managing creative and brand agencies with a keen eye for design, art direction, and copy-editing
Exceptional collaboration skills, and ability to organize and manage cross-functional efforts that generate impact; build strong partnerships with cross-functional and agency partners that facilitate team success
Strong project management skills and extreme attention to detail, with planning and prioritization skills that shine in a high-growth environment
Experience with engaging video content creation along with a proven track record of successful execution
Experience in international expansion and working with global teams
Experience working with highly creative brands in the media, entertainment or technology sectors is preferred
