Present a holistic view of the status of all campaigns, quality, and improvements on a monthly basis
Work with agencies and internal teams to bring fresh ideas and approaches
Manage agency partnerships by monitoring the overall quality of our campaigns and suggesting changes according to performance
Allocate marketing spend based on strategy – ensure the allocated budget is accounted for and efficiently used
Proactively monitor and analyze performance, competitive landscape, and marketplace trends
Collaborate with internal creative teams to project manage and coordinate delivery of assets
Proactively plan for advertising new initiatives/new verticals that are about to be launched
Requirements
Who you are:
Comfortable coordinating and working with different groups (external agencies and internal stakeholders)
Excellent understanding of the typical marketing stack (Facebook/Google Advertising, SEO, etc).
Expert level understanding of digital marketing KPIs, A/B testing, campaign setup & optimization
Familiarity with ad design, copywriting, and reporting
Analytically driven in decision making
Metrics-driven marketing person who knows how to conduct marketing experiments so that we can learn quickly and invest in channels for different business verticals accordingly.
Experience:
5+ years of marketing experience
Worked in or with agencies in the past is an asset
