We are seeking to engage an experienced Business Development Executive that will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Create and present proposals to potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in Business Development/ leadership roles within startups
Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
