Requirements

a.         A bachelor's degree in safety management or similar field.

b.         At least 10 years' experience working as a security manager in a widely recognized construction company in Nigeria.

c.         Excellent knowledge of state and federal information security laws.

d.         Proven proficiency in developing security protocols and procedures.

e.         Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

f.          Exceptional managerial skills and the ability to lead a team.

g.         Proficiency in information management systems and knowledge of cybersecurity.

h.         Ability to research and stay up to date with security trends, as well as changing government and state laws.

i.          Must be able to manage the security team by training and coaching employees.

j.          The candidate must have strong supervision skills
