Location: Ikate, Lekki

Qualification: BSC/HND in Marketing or Business Management 

Experience: 2-4 years in similar role.

Responsibilities:
Cold calling and helping to reduce negative reaction from leads.
Providing brand recognition by leaving buyers with an excellent impression of a company through effective customer relations, empathy and effective communication skills.
Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
Generate sales leads.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Carrying out market research on how to address customers.
Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
Create and maintain reports about customer interactions.
Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
Providing market research through outbound calling.
Surveying customer satisfaction.
Meeting sales targets.

Pay: 120K - 150K plus other benefits.
