Job Summary

Location- Lekki Phase 1

Industry- Real Estate

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain harmonious management employee relations conducive to employee career growth and high productivity.

Develop and implement a career growth plan for the Group

Develop and execute a 3-month recruitment and retention plan for 100 SMPs

Ensure effective communication – Staff Forum, Conference, Briefings etc.

Formulate disciplinary and grievance procedures and ensure compliance.

Ensure effective liaison with government agencies and compliance with all relevant Labour Legislations.

Develop and implement relevant KPIs and appraisal model for the Group

Ensure all weekly and monthly reports are coordinated and duly sent by all the subsidiary managing directors and HODs

Formulate and implement recruitment and selection strategies for all our subsidiaries that will reduce costs and lead to an improved bottom line.

Contribute to training and development policy at the Group level as the need arises.

Administration of employee’s competency based performance improvement review (CBPIR) exercise.

Investigate and recommend appropriate processes and actions for handling disciplinary cases.

Follow up HR related issues with our subsidiaries and with the GMD’s office

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Conduct employee’ remuneration surveys to promote effective reward management and staff development.

 
Requirements

A University Degree

A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Labour/HR function in a structured organisation

Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria or any other relevant body

A deep and up-to-date knowledge in HR development

All-round management abilities with strengths in communication, administration and influencing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
