Responsibilities
Build and direct our global marketing strategy, which includes managing Branding & Communication, Growth Marketing, Community Building, Performance Marketing and Product Marketing.
Lead, scale and mentor the team. Train & upskill a talented group of marketers into world-class pioneers in digital-first marketing.
Be the creative and quality lead of our marketing. Motivate and guide for innovative and high-quality communication.
Optimise our communications mix and marketing funnel. Lead via well-designed tests and then scaling what works.
Collaborate with other leaders on innovation. Collaborating closely with our cross-functional leaders (in product, engineering, operation, expansion, sales, and data science) to identify new opportunities to collaborate and drive customer acquisition.
Ensure we are ahead of the market. Regularly reviewing the market, consumer trends, competitor activity, and positioning to keep and grow our position as an industry leader.
Requirements
Have a creative, no-limits approach. Are an out of the box innovator with a solid strategic and creative vision. Promote team creativity.
Have a proven track record of leading and executing fully integrated marketing strategies to increase brand reach, user acquisition, engagement, retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
Have successfully built a large community.
Are a fast learner with good problem-solving skills.
Have experience in a fast-growing company, scaling a marketing team from 3 to 10 people.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Have a positive attitude and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get things done.
