Responsibilities
Play an integral role in our dynamic team of creative, strategic thinkers to grow our brands through social channels
Ensure timely distribution of news and engagement content to our readers
Post content to multiple social platforms throughout the day while also managing individual projects
Interact with readers and followers through comments and messages in a professional manner that also aligns with brand voice
Track and utilize analytics/metrics for our platforms to continue to build our contents’ reach, engagement, link clicks, and more
Contribute to strategic decisions involving brand awareness
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience with multiple social media platforms
Degree in Media or Marketing related field, preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Motivation for personal and team success with the ability to look for data-driven results
Must have some Disney knowledge
Exhibit creative problem-solving skills
Knowledgeable about Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok and other social media platforms
Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Experience with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs Suite is preferred
