Implementing and monitoring our Candidate Experience NPS program
Ensuring candidates receive timely, thoughtful, and engaging messaging throughout the hiring process
Managing and coordinating new jobs adverts for both internal and external job boards
Supporting and working on a wide variety of TA initiatives such as; Employer Branding, D&I, Candidate Experience, Hiring Best practice Training, and Process Optimization
Who you are:
You have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or project coordination within a fast-paced tech start-up environment
You communicate and build relationships with ease and have excellent coordination qualities in a globally remote setting
You are proficient with Google Workspace and ATS systems; Lever preferred
You are an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
You can easily navigate ambiguity and work autonomously in a fast-changing environment
Great to have:
