Responsibilities
Hire and manage a user acquisition and marketing creative team
Own the ultimate performance of new user revenues from paid and organic channels
Determine optimal channel marketing strategy to drive ROAS
Drive efficiency in resources and paid marketing spend
Present budgets and forecasts to senior management
Collaborate with studio teams and product owners to improve product performance
Identify and champion UA tools and technologies for adoption
Support the continual development of our marketing and adtech stack
Manage ad monetization optimization
Requirements
Enthusiastic, Collaborative, and Entrepreneurial
6+ years of experience managing mobile performance based user acquisition campaigns
Experience handling ad agencies and networks
Experience hiring and managing media buyers and marketing artists
Solid experience working with analysts and data engineers
Very good analytical skills and knowledge of tableau and excel required
Fluent in English
