Responsibilities
The Control Room Operator is responsible for responding to telephone and email queries, journey management, situation reports from locations, emergency response and a variety of administrative duties. This will include compliance, statutory, contractual and company regulations and processes. The Control Room Operator will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer services are provided to internal staff all the time.

1.CCTV Monitoring Skills
2. Journey Management
3. Vehicle tracking
4. Firefighting/emergency response management
5. An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Products is essential (word, excel, power point and outlook)
6. Planning and organisational skills with experience of time management/prioritising
7. A "can do" and flexible attitude
8. Previous of security Control Room experience
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Flexibility to adjust in all shift pattern( day, night, weekend and public holidays)
Qualifications
2 years of experience in similar Control Room functions
Bsc/HND
Female for gender balance
35years and below
Security certification is an added advantage.
Salary
81,000 net
