Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our technology company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. This role is crucial for enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) to build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action.
Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
SEO and SEM Optimization: Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
Social Media Management: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence. Monitor and engage in social media discussions about our company, competitors, and industry.
Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation tools to improve lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Work with other departments to ensure all digital content is aligned with the company’s goals and branding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the technology sector.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Google Analytics, Google AdWords, or similar certifications are a plus.
