Requirements
We are looking for our first Growth Marketing Manager to build out our marketing capabilities alongside our sales and product teams.
Responsibilities
Drive growth by creating overall strategy and workplan for constant experimentation
Develop, build, and run creative campaigns
Coordinate SEO and PPC strategy
Implement and analyze performance data of all acquisition efforts
Run hypothesis-based A/B testing across different channels and platforms by using customer data and key industry trends
Work closely with founders, product, sales, and content lead to build a robust identity for company products
Lead sales enablement efforts as needed in collaboration with graphic design
Qualifications
Prior experience in a growth marketing role, ideally for a B2B2C SaaS product
Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment
Strong quantitative and analytical skills for making data driven decisions
Strong cross-functional collaborator
ROI driven thinker and inventive problem solver
Deep understanding of customer acquisition
