Qualifications:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

7-10 years of relevant experience, ideally in project manufacturing or a similar sector.

Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams and driving operational excellence.

Excellent communication abilities, with the capability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Age range: 30-45 years.

At least 3 years of managerial experience (Candidate with Engineering degree and preferably HVAC experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Optimization: Enhance procurement processes to achieve cost efficiency and high-quality results.

Logistics Management: Oversee logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and supply chain coordination.

Business Incubation: Lead efforts to develop and nurture new business ideas and projects.

Auditing: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and effective business functioning.

Remuneration: ?600,000 per month, with opportunities for performance-based growth.
