Job Summary

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support People Team on various daily tasks & serves as backup where required (letters, ER admin, etc.)
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests; escalates to HR leadership when appropriate
  • Responsible for resolving People Operations Requests
  • Maintain Employee Records
  • Responsible for People systems maintenance, data hygiene (onboarding/new hire entry/changes/offboarding) and backup support
  • Serves as main POC for onboarding; revise manage and coordinate activities to support New Employee Orientation
  • Manage and update as needed the New Hire feedback program via surveys and 45 day check-ins
  • Serve as Silverline Buddy Program Coordinator (with HRPB/Business)
  • Manage, promote, administer and report on Silverline’s Tuition Reimbursement Program
  • Provide research, reporting and data analysis as needed
  • Manage Silverline’s Rewards and Recognition program and serve subject matter expert for the Rewards and Recognition platform
  • Administer internal training programs via the Learning Management System
  • Assist with performance management procedures

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Previous experience in collaborative environment
  • Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills
  • Ability to meet project deadlines, and some basic skills/experience in project management
  • Proficiency in Google Apps/Microsoft
  • HRIS, other Human Resources applications, and Salesforce familiarity a plus
