Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end design, strategy, and operational cadence of our global incentive compensation process for sales, success and all GTM functions
Identify incentive KPIs and key revenue drivers and that align with our top-line business objectives and propagate revenue growth
Develop scalable mechanisms to automate and integrate systems to seamlessly track and payout our GTM teams
Capture and maintain business requirements, playbooks and documentation to ensure all commissioned teams have clear understanding of their incentives
Partner with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a sales or GTM operations function focused on incentive compensation (preferably in SaaS/Technology)
Proven experience developing incentive models that drive intended GTM behavior to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Independent problem-solver and self-starter able to manage multiple complex projects end-to-end, from design to execution, to delivering outsized impact
Outstanding modeling and presentation skills with demonstrated experience providing data-driven business insights
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships and influence in a fully remote set-up
