Responsibilities
- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property
- Generate client leads for property purchases, sales, and rentals.
- Determine the needs and financial capabilities of clients in order to propose solutions that are appropriate for them.
- Intervene in negotiation processes, advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related issues, and ensure fair and honest dealing.
- To determine the value of a property, conduct a comparative market analysis.
- Display and market real estate to potential buyers
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Qualifications
-1-2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
MS Office familiarity
