Job Description

•          Must have good fashion sense and latest trends in fashion.

•          Should have a good knowledge of the quality products, and services that may be of interest to her direct report.

•          Must be able to get quality at on budget.

•          Should have excellent communication, listening skills.

•          The abilities to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

•          Acting as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls.

•          Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the direct report.

•          Manages direct report calendar.

•          Booking and arranging travel, transport, accommodation and all itineraries.

•          Organizing events for the direct report.

•          Managing direct report diaries.

•          Updating direct report’s wardrobe and taking out outdated fashion trends

•          Must be a fashion icon.

•          Must have knowledge of color charts for clothes.

•          Other additional responsibilities.
