Job Summary

Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Payable process, including payment disbursement, 1099, AP Inquires and Aging. Ensure timely payment while managing competing priorities and adhering to deadlines.
Manage employee expense reimbursement process and credit card program
Review, analyze and respond to internal and external inquiries to resolve vendor payment and accounting issues.
Optimize processes and workflows for efficiency, including complex integrations within various workflows like contracts, orders, invoices and payments and ability to help with ad hoc operational and analytical projects as they arise.
Cultivate cross-team collaboration to continually automate and improve process efficiencies.
Support work with external vendors and internal business partners to revolve inquiries.
Responsible for monthly reporting including aging, balance sheet reconciliation and metrics
AP point of contact for audit and ad hoc requests.

Requirements
BS or BA in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
4+ years of relevant work experience in a similar size company.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Accurate and detailed oriented with strong organizational skills.
Positive attitude, team player, and ability to quickly adapt to changes resulting from dynamic and growing business environments.
Google Docs/ intermediate / google sheets/ skills.
