We are currently recruiting for the position of Front Desk Officer to perform the following functions:
• Welcome guests and provide them with excellent customer service.
• Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped always.
• Answer all client questions and incoming calls courteously.
• Redirect phone calls to the appropriate person/ departments and take down messages.
• Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
• Monitor, organize, and forward emails as necessary.
• Maintain record files.
. Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Expected Qualifications:
• A B.Sc/B.A Degree in Social Sciences
• 0-1 year post-graduate experience in a similar role.
• Currently Serving as a corps member

• Ability to pay attention to details.
