Job Responsibilities and Duties:
-Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
-Resolving key client issues and complaints
-Anticipating key account changes and improvements
-Strategic planning to improve client results
-Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
-Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
*Skills and Qualifications*
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or any other related course is required; MBA preferred
2-3 years in management-level sales position with recorded success ( a total of 5-7 years sales experience)
Proven ability to meet sales goals
Proficiency in negotiation, meeting customer service needs and sales planning
*Documented market knowledge and Sales experience in the FMCG*
