Help define & build our employer brand online
Improve and execute on our creative sourcing strategies against prioritized due dates
Curate world-class talent pipelines
Write and edit the job description copy
Nurture talent pools
Provide a top notch candidate experience with diligent management and exceptional communication
Guide the recruitment process from end to end
Be prepared for quick hires
Manage & constantly improve our onboarding process
Provide a clear picture through data of the hiring progress, statistics & accomplishments
Requirements
1+ years of relevant recruiting experience
A proven track record in your ability to get things done.
Savvy in all common tools used to source top talent.
Great copy skills
A serious growth mindset. Personal development built into your day, week, and year.
You can hold your own. You make decisions decisively, and are able to take & give actionable & direct feedback.
A drive & knack spotting incredible talent.
Hands-on experience with tools like G-Suite, Sheets, Asana, HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, etc.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Incredible communication and interpersonal skills.
You have experience delivering online.
