We need customer support specialists who can handle administrative tasks and account management
The position is defined as Customer Support Specialist.
The requirements for the applicant include strong attention to detail, a college degree, access to email knowledge of the use of a device (computer or phone), and basic software tools (Microsoft Office - Word & Excel).
We need fast, accurate and specialized members. It is mandatory to pass a short trial test / finish a task, that could last between 2-4 hours, with the possibility of extension to up to 1 week, if the candidate is involved in other projects, or not available to start immediately.
Please note that the job duration is from 1 month to ongoing/undefined, between 10-30 hours per week (approximately 2-4 hours per day).
Candidates will have to manage the related tasks, till completion. Therefore the listing should be online, for us to be able to review it.
