Responsibilities:
Leading and coaching your team of recruiters
Mentoring recruiters of all experience levels and managing your teams’ performance to increase the output of the people you lead and others around them
Continuously create training materials for your team
Assist in bringing in top talent and help with hiring across the organization – includes creating case studies, thinking about innovative ways to improve hiring processes, helping recruit at scale
Identify, diagnose and resolve performance issues with your team
Build partnerships with external parties and be able to successfully roll-out new platforms with the entire organization (For example, the recruiting team launched and onboarded the entire company onto platforms like Greenhouse and BrightHire this past year)
Create SMART plans and deliver strategic projects for our recruiting organization
Communicate effectively across all levels (within the team, to cross-functional partners, to leadership / executives)
