• Execute Staff performance appraisal as well as continuously monitor the attainment of action plans.
• Execute Learning and Development Functions.
•Manage a company-wide process of organization development, that addresses issues such as succession planning, organization design, and change management.
•Execute strategic functions.
Experience, Skills & Competencies
• Minimum of 5 - 8 years relevant experience.
• Experience at Management level is necessary.
• Must be a member of CIPM or member of other HR Professional body.
