Responsibilities
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels such as research, referral generation, talent mapping and sourcing campaigns to identify high caliber candidates and maintain healthy pipeline for priority roles
Engage passive candidates for engineering to understand their underlying motivations, while providing detailed information on the position requirements and company mission
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
Leverage data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies and iterate on our interview process
Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences for technical functions with recruiters and hiring managers
Ability to pivot to non-tech roles when priorities shift
Be the face of Okcoin to our amazing candidates and maintain professional and courteous communication to foster long-term relationships
Qualifications
3+ years of sourcing experience with in-house recruiting team, search firm or agency
Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with recruiters and hiring managers
In-depth understanding of market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification
Experience leveraging market insights and data to influence decisions with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
Experience engaging and activating passive candidates
