Job Summary

Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced customer service associate to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Your goal will be to act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a customer service position, with excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques. In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong Problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct proactive consultative need analysis for new and existing customers/subscribers so as to develop solutions to met the needs of each customer;

Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls;

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;

Meet personal/customer service team call handling quotas;

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer request and file documents;

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;

Take the extra mile to engage customers.

 

Requirement/Skills

OND/Bsc

Excellent knowledge of computer applications especially the Microsoft suite. 

Effective Listening

Good interpersonal relations

Pay

Very attractive; basic pay and commission
